CONFIDENTIALITY

Your privacy and right to confidentiality are protected by the Code of Ethics of Psychological Activity and the Code of Ethics of DGIPH and SPUH.

I cannot give information about you or your visit and treatment without your written consent, except in circumstances where the retention of information could result in obvious danger to the person or to other people.

In order to maintain the quality of the services I provide, I regularly supervise my work, i.e. I discuss my professional doubts with another fellow psychologist / psychotherapist. In such case, I will share some parts of the therapeutic process, but I will never provide data that anyone could associate with any client.
